Financial Capacity: Clear evidence of the funds required for your tuition and stay for the first year of study.

your Case isn't Clear
Life rarely follows a straight line from one classroom to the next. If you have taken a long break from study, if you are looking to change careers entirely, or if your previous visa history has a few bumps in the road—don't let that stop you from reaching out. The Process: First Listen, Then Commit.
Every journey with Ember begins with a 30-minute Eligibility Assessment. This is a free, no-obligation conversation where we listen to your goals and tell you honestly if we can help. We believe you should know exactly where you stand before you spend a cent.

If we both agree the path forward looks promising, we then move into the formal preparation phase. At this stage, we require a one-time Commitment Fee of $250 AUD.

This fee is a "handshake" that allows us to dedicate the significant time required to review your documents and build your case. Once this is paid, we do not charge further professional fees for the visa process—our remaining costs are covered by the universities we represent.
